At Aqua Terra Property Management, our role is to support the Board by handling the heavy lifting. We work behind the scenes to maintain, protect, and enhance your investment. Acting as a professional extension of your team, we research issues, present vetted solutions, and recommend the most effective options. We also keep you informed with detailed monthly financial reports that include reconciled bank accounts, all of your payables & receivables, your P & L, balance sheet and delinquent accounts.
Serving on a Board of Directors is a volunteer role — it’s not intended to be a second job. Board members dedicate their time to resolve issues, maintain the property, and lead the association toward a stronger, more vibrant community. Their time is valuable and should be focused on making informed decisions, not searching for resources or managing day-to-day operations.
